Special Event Agreement

We highly value your participation and want to emphasize the following agreement that protects your rights and privacy:

Participating in Valley Storm Basketball events allows all individuals, including players, staff, etc, to be photographed. Valley Storm Basketball reserves the right to use any photographs or reproductions of their physical likeness in still photography, video, or motion picture for event-related media.

As participants of Valley Storm Basketball, you hold the reins in controlling the use of your likeness. You agree to allow your likeness to be reproduced in any manner for use in event recordings, silent auctions, photos, and any other sporting events where attendees give consent for the reproduction of their likeness in any manner, including recordings of their participation in any events, to reproductions of their physical likeness in still photography, video, or motion picture for event-related media.

All participants of Valley Storm Basketball, we acknowledge and respect your consent to allow your likeness to be reproduced in any manner for use in event recordings, silent auctions, photos, and any other sporting events for attendees consent to say the right to reproduce in any manner whatsoever, recording participating with any events.
